Jewelry, Sale merchandise, Pre-orders and International orders are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for return or exchange.
1) Email us for exchange or return approval and let us know what you are returning: firstname.lastname@example.org
2) After you receive approval, ship the item back to our address:

3) All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
4) You must ship the merchandise back to us within 7 business days from the day you receive the product to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. After 7 days restocking fee 10% will be applied. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
No refund, Only exchange or Store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The merchandise must be with original receipt or gift receipt.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition with tags attached in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
